In November 2020, Grokker Innovation Labs, the research unit of Grokker, completed a study on the state of stress among American workers. Titled “2021 Working Americans’ State of Stress Report,” the study, which was completed by 1,000 working Americans, revealed that today’s workers are consumed by stress.

While this is not entirely surprising given the global COVID-19 pandemic and ongoing social and political unrest, the study was most troubling in its revelation that there is a lack of employer-provided resources to support the struggling members of the workforce.

Lorna Borenstein, founder and CEO of Grokker, shares what organizations can be doing to better care for their employees, both in these difficult times and in the future.
