This new program represents a major cost breakthrough for hospitality companies using job boards to bring candidates to employers. All postings are free, with the only cost being for results (applicants) delivered to the employer's Selectech Workforce Management system.
“After a number of hotel and property management client implementations, it became obvious to us that there were enough common requirements among participants in this industry segment to justify developing a tailored offering,” said Paul Rathblott, ERC cheif executive officer. “As such, we have configured our standard Selectech product to address these common elements but, at the same time, still offer the flexibility to configure the system for a specific hotel location, brand or property management company.”
