This webinar is the dissection of a gamified solution, Adoptify, for change training and communication that resulted in a measurable approach to organizational readiness. The solution included a multi-week communication program that delivered weekly challenges. Leaderboards and Change Champions provided visibility to the competition with internal prizes and donations to reinforce and recognize participation. Ultimately, the solution resulted in more than 90% of users completing the necessary micro challenges and having the ability to perform the needed behaviors at go live.
