Career growth continues to be a top driver of employee engagement and retention, and organizations without a strong employee growth strategy and practice will fall behind. The content of this session will apply to each attendee’s three personas ― as an employee driving their own personal growth and development; as a leader partnering with their employees to help them grow; and as a talent practitioner designing and delivering development strategy and content for their organization.
Through engaging dialogue and an interactive workshop, attendees will leave this session in the driver’s seat and in control of their own personal career journey. We’ll discuss how career growth is more than just moving into a new role or getting promoted ― and how taking intentional strengths-based actions at every career stage will help ensure that their career journey is one they love.
