In fact\, 87 percent of managers surveyed wished they had received more training when becoming a leader\, according to a 2016 by Grovo. Those that do provide training often rely on online self-training that may prove difficult to their day-to-day operations. In this webinar\, you will learn how we went from a traditional classroom-led new leader training to a six month interactive blended learning experience.   \nLeveraging this model\, we have been able to: \nProvide new leaders with opportunity to develop their leadership skills and provide a safe space to practice key moments that matter.\nDrive greater efficiency and effectiveness in facilitation while reducing costs.\nDeliver standardized training experience at scale and globally.
