All these elements are entering the ecosystems of the L&D department\, and without a road map and guiding principles the end result will not be effective. \nTo effectively manage all platforms and apps Siemens needed a road map and guidelines for how to manage the ecosystem of learning technology. \n Session Objectives \nLearn the basics of what a learning technology ecosystem is.\nLearn how to map your ecosystem.\nLearn how Siemens built a technology road map.\nBe inspired by future perspectives on learning technology.
